I saw a need in this market to further enhance my skills and so I took training to become a CDPE, a  Certified Distressed Property Expert.  What does that mean?  It means that I have gotten extensive training and guidance in how to help people that might be getting behind on their house payments.  There are many different options that can be explored.  If you know of anyone who cannot afford their house payments anymore, please have them call me so I can help.  I can help homeowners that may be facing foreclosure or are upside-down on their mortgages and don't know what to do.  (Did you know that if you sell your home on a short sale, sometimes the bank will list your loan as "paid in full" after the sale?  As a CDPE, I know what to ask and when to have the least impact to your credit score as possible.  This is directed towards sellers, but I also am able to guide a buyer through the short sale process as well.  Did you know that the short sale process can take as little as 30 to 60 days depending on certain factors?  We have a short sale listing currently where only 1 offer will be submitted to the bank and so it is anticipated that this will reduce the closing time dramatically.  Call me if you need to discuss listing your property as a short sale or you are intereested in the pursuit of purchasing a property that is a short sale.
